Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales.

Winning bidder must contact me within 36 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash, cashiers check or money order only within 3 days of auctions end or call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Seller ships ONLY to the 48 states unless arrangements are agreed on prior to the end of the auction. Pick up at your convenience. Serious bidders only! If you are new to eBay, have zero feedbacks or negative feedbacks please send me email after bidding with some info about yourself and availability of funds to pay etc.. I ask that all bidders new to eBay having zero feedbacks or negative feedbacks who bid on my auction contact me so I can pre-qualify them to avoid any problems with non paying bidders etc., people who bid/win and then don't contact me and people who have "no capacity" to enter into a legally binding contract. When you bid and win an auction on eBay you have entered into a legally binding contract. If you can't pay or don't intend to pay or abide by the terms of the auction, PLEASE...DO NOT BID!

PREOWNED VEHICLE CONDITION DISCLAIMER

This vehicle is a PRE OWNED VEHICLE and should be bid as such. The following are things we typically see on the hundreds of vehicles we have traded in to us each month and what you can usually expect to see on pre owned vehicle: surface scratches, door dings, minor rock chips (most likely on front bumper and hood), interior wear (seat, carpet, handle, steering wheel, gear shift depending on age or mileage), stains in trunk or cargo areas and minor bumper scuffs. Things such as this will not be listed in the vehicle description since they are seen so frequently on pre owned vehicles. If a vehicle happens to NOT have these minor blemishes or HAS excessive blemishes such as long deep scratches, large bumper scuffs, tears in seats or excessive interior stains, cracked windshields, dents, wheel scuffs or any major damage, we will mention these things in the our description below. Opinions and expectations sometimes vary, so PLEASE TELEPHONE US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING THE CONDITION OR OPTIONAL FEATURES ON THIS VEHICLE!

Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Westside Lexus within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
 

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 800-374-4021 x2234 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Westside Lexus has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Westside Lexus welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.
